  I'm surprised by how many negative reviews there are for Magnolia Imaging. I've gone there for a number of examinations; x-rays, and multiple MRI's. Every time, I am treated very well, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the examination is very quick. I also had to call in for a CD of my various exams and subsequent radiology reports and the administrative staff on the second floor were just as efficient and responsive to my requests. I've never had a problem getting a response when I've called on the telephone, and I haven't been put on hold for extensive periods of time. I'm usually on hold only after I've explained the reason for calling and the Imaging staff need to research something, and even then, I only wait for a very short time. I really believe the staff here does an exceptional job given their (clearly visible) workload, and the constant influx of patients needing services. I would have given five stars to this medical center except for the severely limited parking, and a lack of upkeep (cosmetic) in the office waiting areas.
